The 'Dog' Oscars by Shampoo Sweeties and Auntie Lois!

Gary and I have three dogs.  We have taken them to the "best of the business" groomers and I have always been unhappy with the results.  Dog grooming is an art and so few know how to do it correctly.  Some of the best "pet salons" have ruined the look of our dogs and for some reason they always come home depressed and exhausted.

That is until we found "Shampoo Sweeties" with our dear friend, Auntie Lois.  Lois works from a guest house in our neighborhood.  She is exclusive and does not take every dog.  She knows her skills and chooses her clients.  We were so lucky to get her.  To give you an idea about how different she is; every dog she cares for has their picture on her wall.  She babies the dogs....they don't have to be in cages...they get to run around in the backyard after their cut.

Lois knows dogs!  She gives them an appropriate cut and pampers them beyond belief.  Today was grooming day and one of my dogs still wanted to play with all of the other dogs (she makes sure they get along) and I basically had to grab him and rush him to the car.

She advises on health issues and REALLY gets to know her "babies"!  Gary and I reel so lucky to have her!  Lois is the master in the city and treats her dogs as if they were her own. 

I cannot promise that she will take your own dog; but am hopeful that she will consider it.  If you are in Dallas....forget the high end puppy salons and BEG Lois to take you on!!!  Your dog will come away perfectly groomed and happy!  Our dogs have so much fun with Auntie Lois!  She is "perfection" in a job that is difficult and can always present a dog owner with disappointment!  Trust me!  You will be thrilled with the results and the overall happiness and fun that your dog had with her!

I picked up Paley and Diego today.  They were running around the pool with a zillion other dogs and having the best time.  If dogs don't get along, the aggressor is put into a cage to avoid the other dogs, but if "everybody" is happy they get to run, play and basically have a blast!

Auntie Lois is so excellent about recommending things that the dogs need.  We have been using 'Revolution" flea treatment which isn't working, thus by her recommendation we are switching back to 'Frontline'.  Poor babies had fleas.  Thank heavens for her advice!
