It's D-Day for 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' and DREAM Act
With time running out on the lame-duck session of Congress, the Senate will plow through a series of items Wednesday afternoon, including a vote on the controversial immigration bill known as the DREAM Act and possibly on the Defense Authorization bill, which includes an amendment to begin to repeal "Don't ask, don't tell," the policy that bans openly gay men and women from serving in the military.
