The Midwest isn't the only place suffering from a brush with the snowpocalypse.
In Dallas, a morning ice storm resulted in a veritable shutdown of the city, the Dallas Morning News reported. With schools, the courts, public transportation, DFW airport and numerous roads all being shut down for a portion of the day, some Super Bowl fans had to wonder why this year's game couldn't have been held in Miami. (From Bratprince: MY IDIOT husband made it to work on these icy roads, but then decided to go to the bank. He just called..his car is fishtailed in the middle of some road downtown. Triple A says it will be two hours before they can come and get him. Needless to say, I am not pleased).
