Ninth Circuit To Announce Its Prop 8 Ruling On Tuesday

The Ninth Circuit will tomorrow reveal the long-awaited ruling in the case of the constitutionality of California's same-sex marriage ban.

    It will be a tragic day if they don't rule with the position of basic constitutional and civil rights intact. The idea that marriage is dictated largely by the church's position of morality is so inherently against all that this country stands for... but, I'm not hopeful.
