Scalia: Constitution Doesn't Protect Women, Gays From Discrimination

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is known for his sharp tongue on and off the bench.  In a recent interview, he said that the Constitution doesn't protect women or gays and lesbians from discrimination.
