Mayor Michael Bloomberg will officiate the wedding of two top city officials on July 24, the same day the new same-sex marriage law takes effect,
NBC News reports.Bloomberg will preside over the nuptials of his consumer affairs commissioner,
Jonathan Mintz, and chief policy adviser,
John Feinblatt. The ceremony will take place at
Gracie Mansion.
